2009 Mutual Theme 4x4 Block

Cute 4x4 block with 2009 Mutual Theme in vinyl

Fun, fast, easy, inexpensive reminder of this year's mutual theme.

Get detailed instructions from the attached file.

-Sand your 4x4 blocks well.
-Wipe with a damp cloth to remove all dust.
-Paint your block.
-Spray your dried block with a finishing spray. Let dry.
-Apply your vinyl.
