Music Concert or Music Festival

Preparation: 
Do some research in your local paper or on the internet to find free events and make sure your budget will cover the cost of any tickets.
Attend your local High School Community College or University music concert or festival is always fun, and if you have a less- or in-active member that is involved in the event, can be a great reactivation tool.

A good resource for events in larger US cities is http://www.citysearch.com/.

Also check your local paper, or ask your class presidencies if they know anything going on--they usually will!
