Preparation:
In the Jackson, Mississippi stake where members live very far from the stake center, stake leaders sent out registration forms by email for Relief Society presidents to reproduce for the sisters in their units.<P>The registration form had information on the date the forms should be returned by, dates and times of courses, the dress code (Sunday), the availability of nursery classes, contact information for the Stake Relief Society President (name, phone, address), and contact information for the registring sister (name, unit, phone, email).
