Temple Wedding Dresses

Preparation:
glueguns...white lace and fabric..white beads..white rose flowers..wire to make a veil and a 'barbie doll hanger' ..glassless frames with envelopes attached to the back....have the young women have an idea of what they want their dresses to look like.
Have the young women design their own modest temple wedding dresses beforehand and have them cut out the basic shape on cardboard...then glue fabric, lace, beads and whatever else they would like on their dresses and veils...then have them twist a piece of wire into the shape of a hanger and glue it to the back of their dress and then glue the dress and veil to a picture frame...then have the young women write a letter to their future husbands and seal it and not open it until they give it to their future husband. Also you can go over the rules of what is acceptable on a wedding dress.

(A fun gift for this activity would be the Temple Dress Hanky - Jenny)
