2009 talk, script etc – reminders in EXCEL - with each month done - the scripture etc. The theme for each month typed out. I have Article of Faith 1 & 2 for Jan 2 & 3 for Feb and then March = 4 etc so that all 13 could be covered. So you may choose to change that. :) Hope it helps. We have plastic rolls so I just tape them to the roll and the teacher takes them off and [voila]!"

Click on the dated tabs at the bottom of the viewing panel in your XLS document to see each month's wristbands.
The XLS document requires OpenOffice - free download, recommended or MS Office to open. It has the theme for 2008, but could be changed to suit any year's theme.

The scripture picture came from "Instant Art for the LDS Heart" by Debbi G. Harman.
