Description

Rebecca M. says, "I'm attaching a teacher appreciation/help handout we made. We attached a note thanking them for their service and wrapped the actual handout around an individual-sized bag of microwave popcorn."

The clipart image is from Designed To Eat.

This would make a great Teacher Improvement Lesson handout, or a stake leadership training. The text reads:

6 Ways to Make Your Lesson POP!

* NAME JAR – pick a child’s name out of a jar for prayer, to serve as a helper, etc.

* QUESTION CAN – contains review questions, pre-reading questions, summary questions, or game questions

* PEEK BOX – shoe box with a hole cut out of the end. Children peek one at a time at an object in the box that introduces the lesson.

* RIDDLE BAG – riddles for review, to introduce, reinforce, or summarize a concept.

* WHAT'S NEXT BOX – lesson activities chosen out of the box at random (story, song, game, rest activitiy, etc.

* SECRET SACK – contains a fun item a child can quietly hold to reinforce positive behavior. If the child is disruptive, the item goes back in the sack.
