Description
This time of year, Progressive Dinners, sometimes called Progressive Suppers, are incredibly popular activities for youth and Relief Societies.
Rachael has shared her youth's annual progressive supper script saying, "I have just put together a Christmas activity for our youth called 'progressive supper'. We have done this for years and it's worth sharing. I have attached the programme for the evening and also the invites we give to members."
These invitations read:
- Youth Progressive Supper Evening
The Youth are planning to visit a few willing members homes to share with them the Christmas story. They will also sing some carols to invite the spirit of Christmas.
Would you be willing to open your home on: Tuesday 19th December
Time: 8.45pm
The youth only require 20 minutes at each house. We kindly request that you provide light refreshments for the youth.
Please accept the following assignment: Desserts
*Feel free to get into the spirit of it, by dressing up or by displaying a nativity scene in your home.
May we thank you in advance for your willingness to support & serve the youth in the ward.
